LEGO Botanicals, Ugly Duckling and Cataclaws promos rumoured for 2026

A new list of LEGO gifts-with-purchase rumoured to be on the way in 2026 has dropped online, including a Botanicals photo frame and a Cataclaws polybag.

BrickTap has published a list of five new LEGO gifts-with-purchase and polybag sets from a.clay.brick, all of which will presumably be on the way in 2026 (barring a surprise appearance in the final few days of this year). On the docket are 40915 Lion Dance, 40916 Floral Picture Frame, 40885 Ugly Duckling and 40890 Easter Egg Animals, along with 30718 Cataclaws.

The first two of those are said to be Lunar New Year and Botanicals sets respectively, while the latter is a polybag presumably based on the LEGO Group’s festive feline mascot that makes appearances in Christmas advertising campaigns. The other two sound like seasonal sets we’d expect to see lined up for springtime and Easter in line with previous years’ promos.

There are no release dates for any of these at the moment, but at this point you have to assume 30718 Cataclaws is being positioned for Christmas 2026. The real question is how different it might look to the existing make and take mini-build. 40915 Lion Dance, meanwhile, could well be on the cards for January or February given the Lunar New Year falls on February 17 in 2026.

That would be a bonus GWP for the Lunar New Year on top of the already-revealed 40779 Year of the Horse, which is already confirmed for 2026 (though specific availability, including its required spend, has yet to be announced). For now, take all details of these rumoured gifts-with-purchase with the customary pinch of salt…
