LEGO Star Trek 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod GWP may not be sticking around for long once Black Friday kicks off, so get ready to grab the set before it's gone.
LEGO Black Friday is almost upon us, with multiple set discounts, GWPs, rewards and more on the way from November 28. Also arriving on that date will be the first-ever LEGO Star Trek sets in the shape of 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D, plus an exclusive GWP for Insiders, although members will need to move fast in order to grab 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod.
We’ve already staked our claim that the LEGO Icons model is possibly the best GWP of the year, with the detailed 261-piece craft also including an Ensign Ro Laren minifigure, the only way that fans will be able to get hold of the divisive Bajoran character.
With all that in mind, it’s highly likely that 40768 Type-15 Shuttlepod could well be sold out by the end of LEGO Black Friday weekend, if not sooner. Once it’s gone, fans who missed out on the promotional set will then have no choice but to turn to the potentially pricey secondary market in order to get their hands on the LEGO Star Trek vessel, if possible.

The limited amount of time that such exclusive GWPs are available for also factors into the equation, although 10356 USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D’s £349.99 / $399.99 / €379.99 price tag may ultimately prove to be too much for some Insiders to swallow.
