LEGO confirms hundreds more sets retiring in 2024

The LEGO Group has added hundreds more sets to its ‘Retiring Soon’ section online, confirming which products you need to prioritise by the end of 2024.

We’re reaching that time of year where LEGO sets will slowly begin to sell out for good at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores, so the next couple of months will be your last chance to grab any of the 400 or so sets retiring in 2024. At the moment, a whopping 389 sets are marked as ‘Retiring Soon’ on the official online store in the UK, which is a big step up from the 111 sets previously tagged that way earlier this month.

Only 88 sets are categorised as ‘Retiring Soon’ in the US, but products generally retire simultaneously worldwide, so if you want the best overview of confirmed retiring LEGO sets make sure to switch your location to the UK after navigating to LEGO.com’s Last Chance to Buy page. Or for the most comprehensive overview of LEGO sets retiring in 2024, click through to our page, which includes a few sets not yet listed for retirement at LEGO.com.

Among those now confirmed to be leaving shelves in 2024 are 10320 Eldorado Fortress, 76218 Sanctum Sanctorum, 75308 R2-D2, 21332 The Globe, 75341 Luke Skywalker’s Landspeeder, 10283 NASA Space Shuttle Discovery, 21338 A-Frame Cabin and 10321 Corvette. That’s in addition to previously-confirmed sets including 75313 AT-AT, 76210 Hulkbuster and 71741 NINJAGO City Gardens.

Retiring sets are destined to leave shelves by December 31 at the latest (with the odd exception that occasionally hangs around a little while later), but many will likely disappear in the weeks and months leading up to the end of the year. The biggest decision to make with retiring LEGO sets is whether to hang on for potential Black Friday deals, but risk them selling out before then, or bite the bullet now.

New gifts-with-purchase in October (including 40697 Halloween Pumpkin) may be worth holding out for in any case, but for now head over to LEGO.com or check out Brick Fanatics’ retiring LEGO sets page to start prioritising what to pick up in your next purchase.
