The new LEGO Botanicals mug is now available in the LEGO Insiders Rewards Centre, while members can also enter a free draw to win 10,000 LEGO Insiders points.
The LEGO Botanicals Collection Mug costs 1,000 LEGO Insiders points, which could otherwise be used for a £6.25 / $7.69 / €6.67 discount at LEGO.com. To earn that many points in the first place you’ll need to spend £125 / $154 / €133 at the official online store (or less during a double points promo). That’s a relatively small buy-in for a physical Insiders reward.
It’s still not clear exactly what material the mug is made from, but it’ll arrive packaged in a black cardboard LEGO Botanicals-branded box. Once you’ve claimed yours you’ll receive a code which is good to use any time in the next 60 days, and must be redeemed while placing an order for anything else at LEGO.com. If you don’t hit the minimum total for free shipping in your region you’ll also need to pay a delivery fee.
Also new today in the LEGO Insiders Rewards Centre is a sweepstakes to win 10,000 LEGO Insiders points, which is equivalent to a £62.50 / $76.90 / €66.70 discount when shopping at LEGO.com (and can also be exchanged for physical rewards). Entry to the sweepstakes is free, and you can get your name in the hat once per day through April 10. A total of 10 winners will then be selected and notified by email.
The 10,000 points giveaway is open to LEGO Insiders members in the UK, the 50 United States and District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding French Overseas Departments or Territories, and the Principality of Monaco), Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Slovakia and Sweden.
If you don’t see it in the LEGO Insiders Rewards Centre just yet, hang tight: the draw will apparently open in the US at 7pm EST.
