Many users on Rebrickable have transformed the potential mini Marvel modular building into a half-baseplate modular compatible with the official collection, upgrading the set from being (hopefully) the start of a mini modular range to an unofficial member of the main modular line. The layout of the set is well-suited to a half-baseplate modular and Brick Artisan has taken it one step further, adding more floors above the bodega as appears to be intended for the standard set.

Fan-designed LEGO modular buildings made from official sets aren't uncommon, but this is a staggeringly quick reaction from the community considering that the Spider-Verse set has only been available for just over two weeks.
Should it be the start of a new mini modular building collection as speculated, the community are almost certain to react positively to such a range – judging from these speedy initial reactions. While we wait to see if there are more official additions to the street beside the bodega, these fan designs would be the perfect home for the rumoured series of Spider-Verse minifigures reported for later this year.
