When it comes to potential subject matter for the next LEGO Marvel modular building set, there’s really only one option that’s fantastic enough.
LEGO Marvel fans have been eagerly-awaiting next month's release of

Looking beyond next month’s mutant-related set, some fans may be turning their thoughts to next year and what a LEGO Marvel modular building might look like in 2025.
Considering Marvel Studios’ release schedule and comic book locations that have yet to appear in brick-built form, there's really only one option for such a potential set. Fantastic Four: First Steps arrives on big screens in the US on July 25, 2025, with Marvel’s first family getting their second cinematic reboot.
A single LEGO Marvel set is currently rumoured to be releasing next year to support Fantastic Four: First Steps, in the shape of 76316 Galactus vs The Fantastic Four. However, that build has also been the source of some conflicting information recently, so do take it with a pinch of salt for now.

If the LEGO Marvel model does turn out to be a reality though, we’d want to see the Baxter Building included as part of its possible content. The iconic Manhattan comic book location is the headquarters of the Fantastic Four and has gone through a number of iterations over the years.
Although such a potential modular building might not give 76269 Avengers Tower a run for its money, the scale of a model based on the structure could make for a suitably-impressive backdrop for the team to launch a battle against a huge brick-built version of Galactus.

The Baxter Building would certainly fit in well with the current crop of LEGO Marvel modular buildings and its design could act as a counterpoint to the look of 76269 Avengers Tower. In addition, the building’s many floors house the Fantastic Four’s living quarters, laboratories, an entrance to the Negative Zone, launch areas for various vehicles and much more.
There’s certainly plenty of potential for such a LEGO Marvel set, one that could be packed with Easter eggs and references to both comic books and the MCU, as well as an all-new minifigure selection of the Fantastic Four and the towering world devourer. Fantastic Four: First Steps is also said to have a retro 60's vibe to it, which might well influence the look of a brick-built Baxter Building.
That all remains pure speculation on our part for now though, but we’ll be keeping an eye on any additional details emerging regarding 76316 Galactus vs The Fantastic Four and other LEGO Marvel sets that may be on the way to support Fantastic Four: First Steps.
