LEGO 2026 modular building revealed: 11371 Shopping Street arrives in January

The LEGO Group has officially unveiled the next modular building, arriving in January in the form of 11371 Shopping Street.

Coming in at 3,456 pieces for £229.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 – a slight price increase over previous modular buildings – 11371 Shopping Street is situated over a 32x32 baseplate and consists of a music store and furniture store. The press release suggests it’s inspired by ‘historic European architecture’, and both buildings lean into the unusual angular footprint championed by previous sets such as 10297 Boutique Hotel.

There’s an alleyway that cuts between them, a plaza with a cat fountain out front and seven minifigures to populate the scene. The white three-storey building uses its ground and first floors for the music shop, while the top floor houses a fully-furnished apartment. Situated next door is a two-storey furniture store complete with a counter and workshop, along with a roof garden with a pigeon coop.

It’s very much business as usual for the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection in a lot of ways, distinguished by its colour scheme – it’s been a while since we’ve seen white used as a main colour – and the unique angles of its buildings. You’ll be able to add it to 10350 Tudor Corner, 10326 Natural History Museum and so on from January 1 at LEGO.com and in LEGO Stores.

In a break from tradition, the modular GWP in 2026, 40913 Vintage Parade Car, will be available on all purchases over £180 / $200 / €200 between January 1 and 11, rather than exclusive to orders of 11371 Shopping Street. The 243-piece gift-with-purchase includes two minifigures with silly hats, a vintage car and a sign announcing the ‘annual silly hats parade’.
