All six of 2023’s spooky LEGO horror movie posters are now available to redeem in a job lot in the Insiders Rewards Centre, proving once again that you’re better off waiting on some rewards…
These six posters, which riff on classic movies such as Night of the Living Dead, were originally available in October 2023 for 1,750 points each. Because of the weirdly cumbersome way the Insiders Rewards Centre works, collecting all six required placing six separate orders at LEGO.com (only one physical reward can be redeemed per order), as well as spending 10,500 points.
That’s a number of points equivalent to just under £65 towards your next LEGO Store purchase, so it was a relatively hefty buy-in if you wanted to complete the entire collection two years ago. But you can now score all six in the Insiders Rewards Centre for only 3,000 points, which would otherwise translate to an £18.75 discount at LEGO.com – and redeem them all with a single purchase online.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Insiders rewards initially available separately and then later collected together at a reduced cost. Earlier this year, the LEGO Group bundled the four Micro NINJAGO City sets together for 5,400 points total – or nearly half their original cost individually in the Insiders Rewards Centre. The lesson here is that for some rewards at least, it’s worth playing the waiting game…
