Thanks to the latest double LEGO Insiders points promotional event, these are the must-have sets I’ve been holding off buying until now.
Double loyalty points are currently available for lucky LEGO Insiders members until October 20, 2025, which represents 10% cashback on any future purchases. While there are plenty of models on my ever-expanding shopping list, there are a handful of sets in particular that I’ll be buying to add to my collection and to take advantage of twice the number of LEGO Insiders points usually available.
With that in mind, here are the five LEGO builds I’ll be picking up soon, each of which will also bag me double Insiders points for my next big spending spree.
40755 Imperial Dropship vs. Rebel Scout Speeder
I’ve been after this LEGO Star Wars set for quite a while now, essentially for the exclusive pink QT-KT droid figure to round out my 25th anniversary character collection. Fortunately, the 383-piece model won’t break the bank at £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99, although it is worth noting that 40755 Imperial Dropship vs. Rebel Scout Speeder is due to retire at the end of this year.
40806 Gingerbread AT-AT Walker
What’s not to like about this seasonal LEGO Star Wars set? Currently on back order at the time of this writing, the festive 40806 Gingerbread AT-AT Walker looks good enough to eat (but don’t), is decorated with plenty of tasty treats, and comes with an exclusive Gingerbread Darth Vader minifigure, all for the very reasonable price of £54.99 / $59.99 / €59.99.
72046 Game Boy
I’ve not been tempted by previous LEGO video game consoles, but consider me sold on 72046 Game Boy. The £54.99 / $59.99 / €59.99 price point is what ultimately convinced me to pick up the set, well, that and the fact that the 421-piece model also comes with two brick-built classic Game Paks and three lenticular screens as well.
43008 Nike Dunk
As a massive sneakerhead, I’ve been paying close attention to the ongoing LEGO x Nike partnership with great interest. So much so that I’ll be snapping up 43008 Nike Dunk on this month’s big shopping trip, adding the 1,180-piece set to my own collection, secure in the knowledge that the £89.99 / $99.99 / €99.99 build packs plenty into the classic high-top footwear.
40805 Arcade Machine
Rounding out my personal recommendations for LEGO sets to buy in order to take advantage of double Insiders points will be 40805 Arcade Machine. Sure, it’s not the biggest, flashiest or most expensive model on my list, but as a pure slice of retro gaming for £34.99 / $39.99 / €39.99, the price is most definitely right.
