LEGO Star Wars 2025 rumours continue to trickle in slowly but surely, with fresh details pointing to the return of a couple of characters we haven’t seen on shelves in a decade.
The bigger picture for LEGO Star Wars in the first half of 2025 is starting to get clearer day by day, as details of more and more sets dripfeed from various sources. These latest tidbits come from Instagram user childish_landino_chronicles, who has previously proven a reliable source of LEGO rumours, and allude to two returning characters – and a brand new set.
The first is that the rumoured 4+ 75410 The Mandalorian’s N-1 Starfighter will apparently include R5-D4 alongside Din Djarin and Grogu, giving LEGO Star Wars fans beyond the set’s recommended age rating an excuse to dive in. The astromech droid hasn’t appeared in a LEGO set since 2014’s 75059 Sandcrawler, and as an iconic sidekick from the original trilogy will be one to set your sights on come January.

Also apparently returning for the first time since 2014 is Plo Koon, a Jedi Master who last appeared in 75045 Republic AV-7 Anti-Vehicle Cannon. According to childish_landino_chronicles, he’s due to make a comeback in his own Jedi Starfighter, corroborating rumours of another LEGO Star Wars 2025 set that have been floating around from unproven sources for the past week or so.
It’s a ship the LEGO Group has tackled once before in 2010’s 8093 Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter, and its unique blue and white colour scheme should look just as striking in 2025 as it did back then. It would also be a very nicely-timed set given a new ARC-170 is supposedly on the way in January, allowing fans to recreate the Jedi’s untimely fate during the Order 66 sequence in Revenge of the Sith.
While childish_landino_chronicles hasn’t attributed a product number to Plo Koon’s Jedi Starfighter, they say that it’s due to hit shelves sometime between April and June. Other less reliable sources, such as jedi.sam.bricks, claim that it will be numbered 75400, slotting between the rumoured 75399 U-wing and 75401 Ahsoka’s Jedi Interceptor.
Take that with an especially heavy grain of salt for now though, and indeed consider all these details as unconfirmed until we get official reveals from the LEGO Group. For now, check out the current state of play for LEGO Star Wars in 2025 in the table below.
