Christmas is approaching and to celebrate the festive season, Brick Fanatics is opening up the
LEGO advent calendars each day before sharing our thoughts on what is found behind the doors. Feel free to join us and share your own comments when opening up those advent calendar doors – whether you opted for Star Wars, City or Friends. You can do so on
Facebook,
Twitter or underneath this very feature.
75184 Star Wars: AT-DP Walker
Wow, walkers at this scale are somewhat hard to identify. However, the single barrel gun instead of dual gives this away as the AT-DP version that has featured regularly in Star Wars Rebels. Again, parts come to the rescue for AFOLs to salvage in what is otherwise a pretty crude and ugly model. The clip components and short wings, all in some shade of grey, are parts I wish I had thousands of.
60155 City: Snowmobile
The end must be near. Those who have followed past
LEGO advent calendars know that the final City window will bring Santa Claus and the previous two a mode of transportation and means of propulsion. Today we have the means of propulsion in the form of a fairly bland snowmobile. Father Christmas does not always go with the traditional transport in the
LEGO world...
41326 Friends: Pony
Like City, there is three window finale to the
LEGO Friends Advent Calendar. A final pet gets added into what has certainly been a menagerie of an Advent Calendar. I hope Stephanie's parents have a massive pet food budget slated for 2018. Printed animals such as this one are always fun to find behind the window.
