LEGO Icons 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell designer signing confirmed

If you’re willing to make the quest to Munich, you’ll be able to get your copy of LEGO Icons 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell signed by its designers next month.

Germany’s biggest LEGO Store will play host to LEGO designers Chris Perron and Wes Talbott – two members of the vast design team who contributed to 10316 The Lord of the Rings: Rivendell – on March 8, when they’ll be signing copies of the latest LEGO Icons model. Coming in at 6,167 pieces, the sprawling Middle-earth model launches for VIP members on March 5.

Anyone picking up the set during VIP early access will receive a free copy of 40630 Frodo & Gollum for their trouble, but that deal will end when the set launches for everyone on March 8. That means you won’t be able to take advantage while purchasing a copy to have signed by Perron and Talbott at the LEGO Store in Munich. That said, the event page doesn’t rule out bringing in a box you’ve already bought to get signed…
