From standard sets to limited-time giveaways, some LEGO Star Wars minifigures are a lot more valuable than others.
Here are the most valuable LEGO Star Wars minifigures at the time of writing, according to their average price on BrickLink (for a new copy based on sales from the last six months). We've also included entries for one-off minifigures from MinifigPriceGuide based on estimated values, but these are inherently harder to quantify. Still, it will hopefully offer an idea of the most valuable LEGO Star Wars minifigures of all time. All prices stated are accurate at the time of writing.

19 – 2010 white Boba Fett

Boba Fett's white-armoured minifigure from 2010 is £205.09 on BrickLink.
18 – 2016 Ahsoka Tano

Ahsoka Tano's minifigure from 75158 Rebel Combat Frigate is currently going for an average of £216.50.
17 – Small-eyed Padawan

11 – 2003 Lando Calrissian

The unique bronze C-3PO is worth £24,767.35 as stated by MinifigPriceGuide. Anyone who has the minifigure can thank the maker.
2 – Platinum R2-D2

Metal minifigures make up all of the top spots, continuing with a platinum R2-D2 from 2018 worth £25,566.28.
1 – Silver C-3PO

The only sterling silver C-3PO minifigure to exist officially is valued at £26,365.20.
