A flurry of new LEGO Star Wars droids have been revealed – and we've assembled a crack team of panellists to assess them.
Brick-built LEGO Star Wars droids are nothing new to the theme but there's certainly been a lot of them in the last couple of days, or even hours. Just after the reveal of 75398 C-3PO comes the official unveiling of 75392 Creative Play Droid Builder, which brings four droids in one – or even more, if you count the various combinations you might be able to make.
Buildable creatures haven't always been a home run for the LEGO Group (ahem, 75371 Chewbacca), so we've taken it upon ourselves to do a more in-depth investigation into how these newcomers to the block might fare. Matthew is leading the crack team, helped by a brick-built panel who may or may not share some striking similarities to some of the droids and will therefore be invaluable in making some astute observations.
