Rumoured LEGO Star Wars set should plug the Andor minifigure gap

A rumoured LEGO Star Wars set is said to be linked to Andor season 2 but there are still several season 1 characters that we're yet to see in minifigure form.

According to the latest reports via Instagram user childish_landino_chronicles, May 2025 is rumoured to welcome 75399, a U-Wing based on Andor season 2 said to be priced at $79.99. Considering we've only had one LEGO Star Wars set based on Andor – 75338 Ambush on Ferrix – this could be a chance to plug some of the gaps in the minifigures based on the live-action show.

As it stands, we only have Cassian Andor himself and Luthen Rael, as well as everyone's favourite, Pre-Mor Security Deputy, of course. That means there are plenty more characters besides that could be included, with several season 1 characters still likely to play a role in season 2.

The focus will be on characters we're likely to see. However much we'd love to see Kino Roy, he is seemingly forever locked away in prison, so that feels unlikely as it stands (although not impossible).

Dedra Meero

First up is Dedra Meero, the antagonist we all love to hate in Andor. Although we've had various Imperial officers over the years, we don't think we've ever had a female one. Dedra is set to become even more interesting as a character in season 2, having failed spectacularly in the eyes of the Empire and either needing to try even harder to rise up the ranks – or abandon it altogether.

Bix Caleen

Andor's love interest Bix Caleen managed to make it through season 1. Actor Adria Arjona told Empire Magazine that there are surprising twists in store for Bix, suggesting she will still play a prominent role in the upcoming season. Appearance wise, Arjona also touched on overcoming obstacles like Bix aging, with Andor season 2 set to feature some time jumps, so this could also present some unique challenges when it comes to minifigure design.

Vel Sartha

Vel Sartha was a fierce Rebel leader who could have continued rising up the ranks in the time jumps. As a cousin to Mon Mothma, she's sure to continue to be influential in the plot and could therefore still appear as a minifigure after her absence so far. Rebel uniforms always tend to be a bit more colourful than Imperial ones, so the more Rebel minifigures we get, the better.

Cinta Kaz

Vel's girlfriend, Cinta Kaz, is another minifigure we've missed out on as a minifigure. While she doesn't play as prominent a role as Vel, Cinta was still a key b-plot player and could easily make a return in season 2 to continue the troubled relationship she had with Vel. If we get one, we could well get the other, so fingers crossed...

Syril Karn

Last but not least, Syril Karn may have been infuriating to watch with his dogged determination to serve the Empire but the tension between him and Dedra was compelling nonetheless. We never got the slick-haired civil servant as a minifigure but his various jobs and duties meant there were various looks he could have taken on. What will season 2 bring for Syril? Let's hope it's a minifigure at least.
